I don’t trust this company at all. We went to Vegas in June. All shows and half the attractions were closed. Go City REFUSES a refund and only have us a 2 year credit which means nothing since we will not be going back or on vacation anywhere because of COVID. This is a money grubbing company with no morals whatsoever. I will never recommend this horrific company to anyone. Check BBB so many bad reviews and no refunds even though they promised a service that they could not provide. To me, that is flat out theft!
***I HAVE contacted your company numerous times and they have REFUSED a refund. Even though I first asked for one within the 30 day limit. It has now been over 4 months with no refund. Just a bunch of prewritten nonsense.***
Horrible. Rip off. Wasted an hour or more trying to sync up my passes with their app, per their instructions, only to find out from them later that my type of pass could not be synced. I ended up missing my tour as a result and due to limited time in NYC was unable to complete the trip to Ellis Island/Status of Liberty or the bus tour I signed up for ($80 value underfunded still). The other bus tour I took with them was corny and amateurish. The subway would have been more entertaining. ( we were two of 5 people on a double decker bus.) They said they would refund that portion of my $239 paid and they have refunded nothing two weeks later. Have since wasted hours on their stupid customer service line. What you might save on the Met, Empire State building or wherever is not worth the ordeal. Avoid this company at all cost.

We visited Boston on Memorial Day weekend. Pandemic restrictions were still in place for each location due to capacities. If you use the Go City, they can get you through because it appears it does not count towards the restrictions. Plus, it is such a good value, more bang for your buck. If you go to two attractions, the price of the Go City will be paid for. Then you can go to more.
I purchased the three day pass which came with a premium experience in Las Vegas. I was very pleased with everything I was able to do and how cost effective it was to use with the pass. If you are booking the Sky Jump, it does need a reservation as slots are limited.
We did get a deal with what we were able to do. The Lei and shell making vendor was not good. They did not show up causing us to rush to the north shore from pearl harbor and lose time to do other things. They required the QR code for booking and I do wonder if they cheated us since they got the code already. I would not recommend the shell necklace, lei or basket making at all. We did enjoy the shore fishing. Also felt we got a deal with using at both pearl harbor and PCC.
not sure if I would buy again!! Customers Service was terrible. call them for help they kept hanging up on me. the overall pass was ok. Just check the times of the attraction before you go.
We purchased two GoCity cards for our trip to Oahu. It was a fantastic choice as we were not familiar with the area and we were able to plan our trip around what activities we could do through GoOahu. Most activities included transportation and we definitely saved money by using GoCard. I have already recommended to all of my friends and family who love to travel. Can't wait for my next trip so that I can use GoCard again!
The main attraction that we wanted to use the go pass for was not offered, but the go pass app and website said that it was offered. When I called gopass for a refund, they said it was non refundable, and they would look into the problem with the website. I love the concept of gopass and was excited to use them in other cities, but after a terrible experience not getting a refund, they have lost a customer for life.
What a pleasant experience. We had a great time in New York. Go City made it easy for us.
We didn't have to wait in line to buy extractions tickets.
Checking in was easy with the barcodes on the app. Recommend 100%
Several attractions don't accept reservations for GoCity passholders like they do for their cash paying customers. I felt like a second tier customer at a few of the attractions.
Very good deal!!
Seaworld was clean and very fun.
Tbe zoo was clean and jam packed for spring break but worth buying the city pass.
Will be buying again with more activities on the card.

We really liked our Go City pass choices of adventures. The selection was fair and worth the investment. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was due to the amount of closed activities on the pass but they were mostly dur to COVIDF 19. It also took some time setting everything up between phone calls for reservations and checking on availability of activities. We definitely got our monies worth out of it though and would highly recommend it!
